Hi, we are Eric & Jamie Carman, and we are the owners of Middle Cross Stables. I (Jamie) am a graduate of SCC in Beatrice with a degree in Ag Business and Livestock Management, and Eric is a graduate of UTI in Chicago with a degree in Automotive & Diesel Technology.
We, I actually, am a big fan of animals, we have the two horses, Ace and Annie, and two Welsch Corgis named Dixie and Daisy. Im always twisting Eric's arm into having more animals, so we have just added a mini pig named Dash to our herd!
