Taking care of horses and building relationships with their people has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I am so excited and thankful to finally be seeing this to completion, through all the wonderful people and horses I have met over the past several years. It is amazing how so many very different people can come together when they have a passion for horses, I love sharing that common interest with people.
I want to start by thanking Dara Liss and the wonderful people she has at her barn for inspiration and help getting our first barn going. Some words of wisdom are "Begin with the end result in mind." Dara applies that to her horse training, but I have kindof adopted the phrase with my barn. We got a wonderful taste of what horse boarding is like at Eagle, and that has prepared us to be able to manage a larger facility.
Melissa Sherman and Fargo- Thank you so much for believing in me and being my friend and client for over a year and a half. I am so glad that you and Fargo were a part of our first barn!
Annette Wiltgen, Jack & Josey- Thank you for donating horse supplies and fencing to us! You have been such an encouragement to us through our first barn, and an amazing resource for ideas when planning this indoor facility.
Jane Fucinaro and Callisto- You are an amazing girl, and I am lucky to be able to call you my friend. You have heplped me tremendously with suggestions, ideas, and barn tours in Omaha. I am so thankful for all of your input and support.
My husband Eric- Wow. You are so allergic to horses :) but you support me 100% through this whole crazy passion of mine, and I love you for that! I am so lucky to have your help with this project ahead of us, I couldn't do any of this by myself.
God has blessed us tremendously since the our first barn was started in Eagle, and is showing us each day that He is good to His people. I trust that God will finish what He has started in my heart, so I do my part by providing excellent care for the horses that come to my barn.
