INDOOR ARENA:  The riding space measures 90x140, and has extra tall ceilings to accommodate for jumping.     Along with two sets of sliding doors, there are (6) hinged windows for maximum air flow in the summer months.  Another thing that sets us apart is the 100% clear skylight panels that run the length of the south wall in the arena, which lets in natural light for daytime riding.   On top of all this, the arena is equipped with a slanted wall throughout to prevent horse and rider injury.  The wall is designed to keep the horse’s feet away from the wall, allowing the rider’s foot and leg to stay safely off the wall.  The footing of the arena, is a sand/clay footing that is watered and harrowed as needed.  Our arena also features a viewing room for potlucks and seating during clinics!

OUTDOOR ARENA: Our outdoor arena measures 120x240 and has just been given a facelift from the ground up! We added 160 tons of sand spring 2011 and installed arena fencing as well. The footing is the perfect depth and consistency for any type of riding, and has ideal drainage to allow for riding even during wet weather!

ROUND PEN: For clients who want to work with their horses in a more confined area, we have a round pen available just for that!

STALLS:  Each horse lives in a well ventilated free standing horse stall.  The stalls are extra heavy duty, with wire mesh on the top and thick wood boards on the bottom.  The floors are fully lined with 1”thick rubber mats, and heavily bedded for the comfort of the horses.  Every stall contains 2 water buckets that allow us to monitor the horse’s water intake, and they are cleaned and scrubbed out frequently.  No need to worry about smelly water buckets here!   The sliding doors on the stalls are solid mesh to allow for even more air flow and a more open feeling.  Another thing that sets our facility apart from others is our two different stall sizes.  Our standard stalls measure 12x12, but we also have large 12x16 stalls for the comfort of our XL horses.  Above our stalls, the horses enjoy an automated fly spray system, along with coiled fluorescent lights to really brighten things up.  High speed fans are soon to be mounted in the ceiling for plenty of air flow during hot days.

TACK ROOM: We have designed our tack room to accommodate riders of all disciplines, and are proud to say that it will be heated and cooled in order to be as comfortable as possible for everyone.  Each client will be given their own individual tack locker for storing all of their equine accessories.  The lockers measure 3’ wide, 3’ deep, and 6’ tall, and can fit 3 western saddles, or 4 english saddles with ease.  We will customize the inside of each locker to meet the needs of each client.   Another benefit of our lockers is that they are fully lockable, so there is no need to worry about what your tack is doing if you’re not at the barn.  Our tack room also features other amenities such as a washer & dryer, fridge, and microwave.  A full bathroom is also available in the barn for changing/washing off.

FEED ROOM:  The feed area is located in the corner of the tack room, and has many features to keep us organized.  Wall mounted shelves  house each horses supplements, and help us keep track of each horse’s nutritional requirements.  Our feed ingredients are stored in a feed tank to save space, and to make sure horses stay out!

CROSS-TIES:  Our barn  features 2 specially made cross-tie stalls available to get your horse ready to go.  They are separate from the barn to allow horses to be tacked up in a less busy space, and we think they are a great way to keep the alleyway clear for other horses/equipment to move through the barn.  No more worrying about traffic jams in the alleyway!  both cross-ties feature rubber mats for the horse’s safety, as well as electrical outlets for running clippers or floor fans.  They also have radiant heaters mounted above where the horses stand for added comfort during winter months.

PASTURES: Everything at our facility is designed to provide the highest level of safety for our clients.  This is why we use Centaur brand fencing for all of our pastures.  This fencing is high tensile wire coated in white vinyl, which makes it very visible for horses.  The flexible design of the fence ensures that if a horse rushes the fence, the rails will give enough to prevent injury. Centaur fencing absorbs impact without breaking or weakening, making sure the horse stays inside the pasture.  Another benefit is that nothing on the fence can crack or splinter to injure the horses.   Along with our Centaur fencing, we will soon  implement another safety feature into our farm.  We will have security gate at the entrance to the property that monitors who comes and goes, as well as ensuring that a horse doesn’t get out by accident.  Each client will be given a pass code for the electronic reader, and the gate will automatically open and then close once they drive in.
